Smart food will replace diets

Scientists plan to create add-ons, which will affect the human brain to early satiety feeling. Carry out an international research team working on the project Full4Health, the Daily Mail.

The work of scientists was initiated by the European Union, in order to teach man a moderate diet.

"Smart" meal will contain special ingredients that make you feel full does not come too late, as is the case with ordinary food, but then, when the human body gets the required number of calories.

  1. It's a good news to us because at present we get the food at less amount but it is not a balanced diet to us. If smart meal is started then we can can easily understand about the quality of food easily.
