Largest telescope in the world installed

In Namibia, is set in the world's largest telescope H. E. S. S. II, an area of ​​600 square meters, it was announced from the University of Hamburg. The press release also states that the devices help scientists to investigate the origin of cosmic rays.

The telescope will monitor the streams of particles of high charge in the cosmic space, and also to collect information on galactic and galactic sources of gamma rays.
