Voyager 1 discovery completely baffled scientists!

It seems that NASA's Voyager 1 spacecraft was not enough that it is only a human product that has gone farthest from Earth, but has now entered into a bizarre new region at the edge of the solar system that is completely puzzled physicists since their theories are not able to predict anything like that.

Launched 36 years ago, the spacecraft Voyager 1 and 2 have made an impressive tour through the solar system and on this trip scientists have made spectacular data.

Scientists originally thought that the entry of Voyager 1 in this new part of the universe, where the effects of the rest of the galaxy much more pronounced, will be gradual and unexciting. However, it appears that the transition is much more complicated than scientists predicted. Voyager 1 is now entering a strange region that scientists are able to understand.

"The models have predicted what the occasion might happen are completely inaccurate. Currently virtually no map that could show us what we can expect, "said physicist Stamatios Kirmigis with Johns Hopkins University.

The sun creates a plasma of charged particles called the solar wind and that instability in its atmosphere at a speed of 1 million km / h. Some of these ions are ejected at a speed that is 10 percent the speed of light and the particles also carry a solar magnetic fields.

Researchers know that Voyager 1 entered the edge of the solar wind 2003rd when his instruments showed that the particles move around subsonic speed as slowed from solar ejection.

Then, a year ago, everything suddenly went silent. Instruments Voyager 1 showed that the solar wind decreased nearly 1,000 times, to the point where they are no longer able to be identified. This transition occurred rapidly, within a few days.

At the same time, the amount of cosmic rays has increased significantly, which would be logical "that the Voyager was out of the solar wind," said physicist Ed Stone.
It looked as if the Voyager out of the solar influence.
What's the problem? If the solar wind completely disappeared, cosmic rays should be current in all directions. Instead, Voyager noted that generally come from one direction. Not only that, even though the solar particles disappeared, the instruments did not notice any change in the magnetic field around the aircraft. This is difficult to explain since it is considered that the magnetic field of the galaxy at an angle of 60 degrees to the solar field.
No one is currently not sure what's going on.
"It's a big surprise. In some way we have touched the intergalactic environment, but it is still found in the solar house, "said astronomer Merav Ofer from Boston University.
It seems like it's been out Voyager, but instead, he found himself in the lobby of the solar house with an open door that allowed to enter the galactic wind.
Not only do scientists not expect that such a lobby exists, but do not know how Voyager 1 left in him.
Some scientists predict that it will take months, even years, before it gets to interstellar space.
"However, this can happen for a few days. We do not have a model that could give us that information. And even then, the Voyager will not actually leave the star system, only the region within which the solar wind dominates. I am convinced that nature is much more creative than we are, "said Stone.
